  1. We will miss Bud enormously. He’s welcomed me, my parents Jane and Will Curtis, my sons and their wives on their honeymoons, all on our way to Monhegan.

  2. Sitting here in the heat of NE Georgia, my husband and I have been looking forward to our September visit to Monhegan and happened on your website. I was saddened to learn of Bud Murdock’s passing. I’ll be staying at the Yew, doing a workshop with Caleb Stone and on the way out to the island, as with past visits, we’ll being staying a couple of nights at the Ocean House. Bud will be missed. He was genuine good guy and we always looked forward to seeing him. Our prayers go out to all his family and friends.
